In spite of crashing while riding 25mph during the IM 70.3 Atlantic City race on Sept. 10, West Melbourne's Ryan Degregorio still pulled off a three-minute PR. The 27-year-old math instructor finished in 4:50:17. At left he poses with New Jersey pal, Leah Roberts, MD, who took first in the 40-44 age group and fourth OA female with her 4:41:02 finish. Hopefully, she helped Ryan out with that road rash. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
